Collection of datasets - Scaling of indirect defenses in Central American swollen thorn acacias

Collection of three datasets for the experiments presented in the article: Scaling of indirect defenses in Central American swollen thorn acacias. Dataset 01.ScalingDatasetByTree - contains the measurements of ant-rewards in Vachellia collinsii trees occupied by Pseudomyrmex spinicola ants or by Crematogaster crinosa, at two locations. These are averaged values of rewards for each tree, and the plant diameter. Dataset 02.ScalingDatasetByNodet - contains the measurements of ant-rewards in Vachellia collinsii trees occupied by Pseudomyrmex spinicola or by Crematogaster crinosa, at two locations. Each dataset (csv) has a corresponding metadata file explaining each column and the units used.
