Net expenditure reimbursed by the Federal Government by (via) local social assistance institutions for cash benefits pursuant to Chapter 4 of SGB XII

The Federal Government reimburses to the Länder the net expenditure of the (super-)local social assistance institutions for cash benefits of the basic social security scheme in old age and in the event of disability in accordance with Chapter 4 of the Twelfth Social Code. After the social assistance institutions have reported their net expenditure to the MAGS on a quarterly basis, the MAGS requests the amount from the Federal Government and distributes it to the institutions via a district government. The dataset contains the net expenditure proven by the social assistance institutions.
