Mechanistic Effects of Cinnamomum verum Bioactive Compounds on Glucose Regulatory Proteins

This dataset supports the research titled “Mechanistic Effects of Cinnamomum verum Bioactive Compounds on Glucose Regulatory Proteins: A Molecular Docking and Dynamics Approach.” The study investigates the interactions between selected phytochemicals from Cinnamomum verum (cinnamon) and key proteins involved in glucose metabolism, including GLP-1R, DPP-4, and SGLT2. The dataset includes molecular docking scores, binding poses, molecular dynamics simulation trajectories, RMSD/RMSF analyses, hydrogen bond profiles, and interaction energies. The data were generated using AutoDock Vina and GROMACS, and are provided for reproducibility, validation, and further exploration of cinnamon-derived antidiabetic compounds.
