TransLnc provides both computationally predicted and experimentally supported lncRNA peptides in multiple species. Six kinds of direct and indirect experimental evidences are integrated to support the coding potential of lncRNAs and peptides, including manually curation, the occupancy of ribosomes, lncORF, IRES, m6A and mass spectrometric proofs. TransLnc currently documents approximate 583,840 peptides encoded by 33,094 lncRNAs. TransLnc also concludes 220,791 and 237,915 candidate neoantigens binding by major histocompatibility complex class I or II molecules, respectively.
TransLnc 提供了多个物种中经计算预测获得且经实验验证的长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA, lncRNA)编码肽段。该数据库整合了六种直接与间接实验证据以佐证lncRNA及其编码肽段的编码潜能,涵盖人工整理、核糖体占位、lncORF、内部核糖体进入位点(internal ribosome entry site, IRES)、N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)修饰以及质谱证据。目前,TransLnc 已收录由33094条lncRNA编码的约583840条肽段。此外,该数据库还分别包含220791条和237915条可与主要组织相容性复合体(major histocompatibility complex, MHC)I类或II类分子结合的候选新抗原(neoantigen)。
