本数据集主要包括基于胞内转运的焦亡纳米调节器数据集、基于胞内转运的肿瘤疫苗数据集和基于细胞核转运的肿瘤治疗方法数据集,采集方案以纳米药物的表征,胞内转运途径分析和体内外生物效应评价为主,主要依托北京大学天然药物及仿生药物国家重点实验室平台,主要记录了纳米药物在细胞内的转运过程、焦亡纳米调节器与细胞转运的关系,以及基于胞内转运途径有效设计的肿瘤疫苗的效应和基于细胞核转运的治疗方法等。数据量1.01 GB。
This dataset primarily comprises three sub-datasets: the dataset of pyroptosis nanomodulators based on intracellular trafficking, the dataset of tumor vaccines based on intracellular trafficking, and the dataset of tumor therapeutic strategies based on nuclear trafficking. The data collection protocol mainly focuses on the characterization of nanodrugs, analysis of intracellular trafficking pathways, and evaluation of in vitro and in vivo biological effects. It is developed based on the platform of the State Key Laboratory of Natural and Biomimetic Drugs, Peking University. This dataset mainly documents the intracellular trafficking process of nanodrugs, the correlation between pyroptosis nanomodulators and cellular trafficking, the efficacy of tumor vaccines rationally designed via intracellular trafficking pathways, as well as therapeutic methods based on nuclear trafficking. The total size of the dataset is 1.01 GB.
