CD73 enhances hepatic Treg functions by enzymatic and non-enzymatic pathways in NAFLD development [RNA-Seq]

Regulatory T cells (Treg) have a critical role in immunosuppression to delay the course of NAFLD, and CD73 is known as a functional molecule highly expressed by Treg. However, the role and the mechanism of CD73 modulating Treg in the pathogenesis of NAFLD is still unknown. To investigate the role of CD73 on Treg in the progression of NAFLD, Treg from liver tissue of WT and CD73 KO mice which were fed with NCD (normal control diet) or MCD (methionine/choline-deficient diet) were performed transcript sequencing analysis.
