Sequencing data (exome and gene panel) of patients with CMML with or without RAS mutations. These data have been used to study the mechanisms underlying NLRP3/IL-1B axis disruption and RAS mutations in patients with CMML and to analyze the clinical efficacy of IL-1B inhibitors in this setting.
