This observational study compared gut microbiome of 8 children with non-epileptic cerebral palsy (NECP) and 13 children with cerebral palsy with epilepsy (CPE). Among CPE patients, 8 patients had drug-sensitive epilepsy (DSE) and 5 had drug-resistant epilepsy (DRE).
