We accomplished de novo transcriptome assembly for planarian Dugesia japonica. 10-20 planarians were cut and separated into head, trunk, and tail, then mixed to extract total RNA, and then enriched mRNA by polyT for library construction.We conducted the library in the six time-points samples (day 0 to day 10: D0, D1, D3, D5, D7 and D10) from head, trunk and tail, respectively.
