Dataset for: A solvent-free lecithin-Tween 80 system for oil dispersion

Lecithin-Tween 80 (LT) vesicles and micelles were used to emulsify gasoline (87 octane) and crude oil (Pennsylvania crude oil) in artificial seawater. This dataset includes transmission electron microscopy and dynamic light scattering data. Images of LT vesicles and micelles, emulsions after dispersal, and stabilized oil droplets are also included.
