Growth rare of shared office industry value China 2017-2022

In 2018, the coworking space industry in China grew by almost 160 percent according to the iiMedia survey. However, in the following year, the growth rate decreased to 109 percent. The forecast for the years 2020 to 2022 suggested that the decline will continue. By 2022, the growth rate was expected to reach only roughly 26 percent. The decreasing growth rates indicated that the coworking space market was nearing saturation.
