We discovered LRP11 activation boosted TCF1+ CD8+ T cell-mediated anti-tumor immunity. Mechanically, LRP11 activation induced MAPK13 activation in cytoplasm. Then MAPK13 entered into nucleus and phosphorylated TCF1, leading to chromatin accessibility or histone acetylation modification in regions like TCF1 binding motif. These data define that LRP11-MAPK13-TCF1 boosted anti-tumor immunity and induced tumor infiltrating stem-like T cells.
