In this study, we optimized Hi-C protocol for Culex mosquitoes to improve the existing genome and obtain chromosome-level high-quality genome assembly. We performed a Hi-C experiment for Culex quinquefasciatus (JHB) 15-18h embryos. Here we share Hi-C raw reads.
