mEEtaBrain preprocessed data

Preprocessed RNA-seq datasets used in the meta-analysis implemented in the mEEtaBrain application, available at:http://regulomics.mimuw.edu.pl/mEEtaBrain/ This repository provides the processed datasets underlying the application, together with R scripts used to generate these data from RSEM output files. The scripts perform differential expression analysis, generate visualizations, and create serialized R objects used by the application. Generated outputs are also included for reproducibility and direct use. To reproduce the analyses, users must modify directory paths in the scripts to match the locations of their local RSEM output files and set the appropriate working directories.
