We injected dsGFP, dsSfAgo1 and dsSfAgo2 into nymphs at the first day of the fourth. We collected 72 h after dsRNA injection and were rapidly frozen with liquid nitrogen, with 3 biological replicates per treatment.Subsequently, the interference efficiency of SfAgo1 genes was detected, and the successful interference samples were sent to Beijing Baimaike Biotechnology Co., LTD. (tentatively) for transcriptome sequencing.SfAgo1 was constructed a small RNA library.
