Sequencing after silencing SfAgo1 for 72h

We injected dsGFP, dsSfAgo1 and dsSfAgo2 into nymphs at the first day of the fourth. We collected 72 h after dsRNA injection and were rapidly frozen with liquid nitrogen, with 3 biological replicates per treatment.Subsequently, the interference efficiency of SfAgo1 genes was detected, and the successful interference samples were sent to Beijing Baimaike Biotechnology Co., LTD.
