Isolation of high-quality single acinar cells from healthy and injured mouse pancreas

We developed a protocol that facilitates the rapid digestion of the pancreas into high-quality single cells from both healthy tissue and caerulein-induced acute pancreatitis. This protocol incorporates ductal administration of collagenase, followed by trypsin treatment and ambient RNA clean up (DCTC).
