SOLUTION: A nano cellulose fiber fibrillating a cellulose fiber-containing material derived from a plant body or microorganism to have an average fiber diameter of 4-3000nm is provided. The present invention also provides a compact obtained by molding a composition containing nano cellulose fibers and resin， a woody board obtained by molding a composition containing nano cellulose fibers and a woody material and food and drink added with nano cellulose fibers.
