Harvard-Emory ECG Database

The Harvard-Emory ECG database (HEEDB) is a large collection of 12-lead electrocardiography (ECG) recordings, prepared through a collaboration between Harvard University and Emory University investigators. In version 1.0 of the database, these ECGs from Massachusetts General Hospital were provided without labels or metadata, to enable pre-training of ECG analysis models. In version 2.0, metadata is included. In version 3.0, Emory ECGs are included together with metadata, labels from the 12SL ECG analysis program (GE Healthcare ) and ICD-9/10 codes. HEEDB is published as part of the Human Sleep Project (HSP), funded by a grant (R01HL161253) from the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute (NHLBI) of the NIH to Massachusetts General Hospital, Emory University, Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, Boston Children's Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.哈佛-埃默里心电图数据库（Harvard-Emory ECG database, HEEDB）是由哈佛大学与埃默里大学研究人员合作构建的大型12导联心电图（electrocardiography, ECG）记录集。 该数据库1.0版本收录了来自麻省总医院的心电图数据，未附带标签与元数据，以供心电图分析模型开展预训练。 2.0版本新增了元数据信息。 3.0版本则纳入了埃默里大学的心电图数据，并配套元数据、12SL心电图分析程序（GE Healthcare）生成的标注，以及ICD-9/10编码。 HEEDB作为人类睡眠项目（Human Sleep Project, HSP）的组成部分发布，该项目由美国国立卫生研究院（National Institutes of Health, NIH）下属的国立心肺血液研究所（National Heart Lung and Blood Institute, NHLBI）提供拨款（项目编号R01HL161253），资助单位包括麻省总医院、埃默里大学、斯坦福大学、凯撒医疗集团、波士顿儿童医院以及贝丝以色列女执事医疗中心。
