Matlab and R codes, and free software for trajectory analyses

This is the Matlab (Trajectory.m), R (Trajectory.R) and a free software (Trajectory Analysis_version5.exe) for smoothness and other quantitative analyses (from previous publications) on fossil trajectory. This is supplemented to the paper "Trajectory smoothness – An important criterion in ichnotaxonomy and its implications for identifying trace makers" in Journal of Systematic Palaeontology, 2016.
