Peripheral blood-derived mononuclear cells isolated from Crohn's disease patients were pretreated with DMSO control, topotecan and etoposide and stimulated with LPS for 4 hours. Fresh human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMCs) from Crohn disease's patients that are wild-type (SP140 SNP-/-) or homozygous for disease-associated SP140 SNPs (SP140 SNP+/+) were stimulated with LPS with or without Topoisomerase I inhibitor Topotecan (TPT) or Topoisomerase II inhibitor Etoposide (ETO)
