Individuals who stream/download TV, series or movies weekly in Denmark 2018, by age

Which age group streams or downloads video content the most in Denmark? According to a survey from 2018, younger people used this medium more often than older ones. 53 percent of 15 to 25-year-olds, as well as of 26 to 35-year-olds stated to have streamed or downloaded TV content, series and movies on a weekly basis. By contrast, only 21 percent of respondents aged 56 years and older answered to do so. Traditional TV vs. streaming services Viewing traditional television is still more popular in Denmark than streaming videos. A survey from the first half of 2018 found that over 20 percent of Danish respondents watched TV three hours and more. In comparison, only ten percent of individuals interviewed stated to stream movies, series, and video clips this frequency.
