Data for "Prey Switching and Natural Pest Control Potential of Carabid Communities over the Winter Wheat Cropping Season"

This repository includes carabids' molecular gut content data, taxonomy data and prey abundance data that were used for the statistical analysis in the article "Prey Switching and Natural Pest Control Potential of Carabid Communities over the Winter Wheat Cropping Season" from Sacco--Martret de Préville et al. 2024 in Insects. This repository includes: 1) Data_ARENA2: data obtained from the molecular gut content analysis of carabids by Multiplex PCR. 2) CarabidFunctionalTraits: taxonomy and functional traits of carabid species, obtained from Carabids.org and personal experiments. 3) Prey_Abundance: partial abundance data in fields of three tested prey during the molecular analysis (aphids, slugs, spiders). 4) ARENA_Rmarkdown: a document containing and commenting on the R script of the statistical analysis produced for the article.
