B cell alterations during BAFF inhibition with belimumab in SLE

Mass cytometry data, systemic lupus erythematosus patients at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset at the start of belimumab treatment and follow-up time-points. Generated on a CyTOF2 machine. In run1, B cells were gated for CD20 (positive) and CD3 (negative) and CD4 T cells for CD20 (negative), CD3 (positive) and CD4 (positive). The data for both runs has been bead normalised.本数据集为卡罗林斯卡大学医院收治的系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus）患者在贝利尤单抗（belimumab）治疗初始阶段及随访时间点的质谱流式细胞术（Mass cytometry）数据，由CyTOF2质谱流式细胞仪采集生成。在第一轮实验（run1）中，通过设门（gating）筛选得到CD20阳性、CD3阴性的B细胞，以及CD20阴性、CD3阳性且CD4阳性的CD4 T细胞。两轮实验的相关数据均已完成磁珠归一化处理。
