Novel molecular and phenotypic insights into congenital lung malformations. Homo sapiens

The purpose of this study was to identify gene expression changes associated with congenital lung malformations. Overall design: Lung tissue was collected from infants undergoing lobectomy for a congenital lung lesion. From each patient, a sample was obtained from the congenital lung lesion, and an adjacent section of unaffected lung (labeled healthy).
