Data corresponding to each of the 7 organs presented in the article are organized as follow :

name_organ_counts.txt contains the raw counts table of reads mapping on macaca fascicularis genome (see Material and Method section for details), genes by row and samples by columns

name_organ_target.txt contains the target file with samples sheet : condition of infection, day post infection and animal identifier for paired analysis, when relevant
