Technical manual for drawing up Municipal Noise Reduction Plans

This manual is intended to be a working document for municipal institutions that have to deal with environmental noise management in the context of the General Noise Regulation and complementary legislation. This manual is composed of a main body where the lexicon is highlighted, the acoustic concepts and the indicators used are introduced where, finally, the general content of a Municipal Noise Reduction Plan is described. This Handbook is complemented by a body of attachments aimed at users less familiar with this theme and who wish to deepen their knowledge in this field. It includes a description of various environmental noise abatement techniques.
