Replication Data for: Tungiasis among children in Kenya is associated with poor nutrition status, absenteeism, poor school performance and high impact on quality of life

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: \"Tungiasis among children in Kenya is associated with poor nutrition status, absenteeism, poor school performance and high impact on quality of life.\" IMPACT DATASET of 53 variables for 659 primary school pupils collected when interviewing them to assess the impact of tungiasis and data extracted from school attendance and exam records as part of a national survey to determine the national prevalence of the disease. The variables include whether a pupil was infected or not, the severity of disease, their anthropometric measures, how much the fleas affect their quality of life, their school absenteeism and exam scores.本数据集为题为《肯尼亚儿童潜蚤病（Tungiasis）与营养状况不佳、缺勤、学业表现欠佳及生活质量受严重影响》的研究论文的复现数据集。本影响数据集（IMPACT DATASET）包含659名小学生的53项变量数据，其采集来源分为两部分：一是为评估潜蚤病影响所开展的访谈数据，二是从学校出勤与考试记录中提取的信息；该调查是旨在确定该疾病全国流行率的全国性调查的组成部分。变量涵盖学生是否感染潜蚤病、疾病严重程度、人体测量指标、跳蚤对其生活质量的影响程度、学校缺勤情况及考试分数。
