Combining Time-Resolved Transcriptomics and Proteomics Data for Adverse Outcome Pathway Refinement in Ecotoxicology

We obtained RNA-seq data from whole body springtail Folsomia candida exposed to the neonicotinoid insecticide imidacloprid or control conditions for a total of 72 hours and sampled every 12 hours . Overall design: Imidacloprid concentration was 0.25 mg / kg dry soil equal to the EC20 (reproduction). 3 samples per condition and per time point, sampled every 12 hours for 72 hours. In total, 3 days, 6 time points, 2 conditions, 36 samples.
