Under greenhouse conditions, resistant clubroot variety HYZ5R (Huayouza 5R) and susceptible variety HYZ62 (Huayouza 62) were subjected to inoculated and uninoculated treatments with Plasmodiophora brassicae. Rhizosphere soils were collected 4 weeks post-inoculation for high-throughput sequencing of bacteria (using primers 338F/806R) and fungi (using primers ITS1F/ITS2R). The experiment comprised four treatments: uninoculated HYZ62, inoculated HYZ62, uninoculated HYZ5R, and inoculated HYZ5R, with six replicates per treatment.
