Photograph of a view of the unoccupied Ontivares adobe on Santa Maria creek, 1937. A one story building with a large sloped roof can be seen at center with a covered porch. At least three doors and five windows can be seen. Trees and piles of raked grass are visible in front of the building, while a second building is visible at right. Mountains can be seen in the background. Photoprint reads: "Home of Don Abram Ontivares, son of Don Pacifico Ontivares, original grantee of Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, a grant in 1845".
