<b>Sup</b><b>plementary Tables </b>of Multi-omics Integrated Analysis to Explore the Molecular Mechanisms of Xinkai Kujiang Formula in Treating Gastric Intestinal Metaplasia in Ra<b>ts</b>

Gastric intestinal metaplasia (GIM) is a precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma. This study established GIM rat models and administered Banxia Xiexin Decoction (BXD) and Xinkai Kujiang Decoction (XKD). Both prescriptions alleviated mucosal atrophy and intestinal metaplasia, regulated gastric and intestinal microbiota disorders, and improved metabolic disorders. Multi-omics analyses revealed that BXD enhanced mucosal innate immunity, while XKD inhibited VEGF and HIF-1α pathways to suppress angiogenesis and inflammation. These findings illustrate the molecular mechanisms of XKD against GIM.
