Studying relation between microbiome present in Egyptian shrimp ponds and shrimp yield using nanopore metagenome sequencing

Discovering microbiome in Shrimp ponds and it's relation to shrimp yield at the end of the farming cycle. Due to the abundance of microbial communities present in the shrimp pond, we use metagenomics to analyze all kinds of microorganisms that might affect shrimp growth.
