ESTAT Forest Connectivity RYB2022

The dataset provides the analysis scheme and data products resulting in the indicator Forest Connectivity for the Regional Yearbook 2022 report by ESTAT. The dataset contains all input and output data as well as the source code used for creating the data.
The spatial forest coverage is derived from the Copernicus CORINE Land Cover 2018 dataset. Spatially explicit maps and statistical summaries are derived at European level and for each reporting unit at the GISCO levels of NUTS 0, 1, and 2.
