We characterized the influence of SETD2 inhibition on gene expression in Karpas-422. Overall design: For RNA-seq preparation, the Karpas-422 cells were subjected to vehicle (DMSO 0.1% v/v) or SETD2-IN-1 (5 µM) treatment for 10 days. Upon completion of the treatments, RNA was isolated and sequenced to assess changes in transcription.
