Cascadia long-term average Episodic Tremor and Slip (ETS) velocities and inter-ETS velocities at GNSS sites

These files contain inter-ETS (between ETS events) and long-term average ETS velocities at GNSS sites processed by University of Nevada - Reno and the Plate Boundary Observatory (PBO). The ETS velocities are also given in a combined file which combines the UNR and PBO datasets. ETS velocities for GNSS sites present in both datasets are the weighted average of the two, with the weights being the inverse of the variance on the ETS velocity estimates. Details of the data and methodology for producing these velocities is given in a paper which is currently in revision. This description will update with a reference to the publication once published.本数据集包含由内华达大学雷诺分校（University of Nevada - Reno，简称UNR）与板块边界观测站（Plate Boundary Observatory，简称PBO）处理得到的全球导航卫星系统（Global Navigation Satellite System，简称GNSS）测站处的ETS事件间（inter-ETS）与长期平均ETS速度数据。此外另有一份合并文件整合了UNR与PBO的数据集，其中提供了合并后的ETS速度数据。针对两份数据中均包含的GNSS测站，其ETS速度采用两个数据集结果的加权平均计算，权重为ETS速度估计值的方差倒数。本次数据集的详细数据与速度生成方法已在一篇待修回的论文中详述，待该论文正式发表后，本说明将补充对应的文献引用信息。
