Seawater carbonate chemistry and electrophysiology data of European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) (figure 2 h-j, 3)@en

In order to allow full comparability with other ocean acidification data sets, the R package seacarb (Gattuso et al, 2016) was used to compute a complete and consistent set of carbonate system variables, as described by Nisumaa et al. (2010). In this dataset the original values were archived in addition with the recalculated parameters (see related PI). The date of carbonate chemistry calculation by seacarb is 2018-01-09.为实现与其他海洋酸化数据集的全面可比性，本研究采用R软件包seacarb（Gattuso等，2016）计算得到一套完整且一致的碳酸盐系统变量，计算方法遵循Nisumaa等（2010）的描述。本数据集同时存档了原始观测值与重新计算得到的参数（详见相关PI）。采用seacarb完成碳酸盐化学参数计算的日期为2018年1月9日。
