Here, human pluripotent stem cells (including hiPSC and hESC) were induced to differentiate to mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) through the intermediate stage of neuromesoderm (NMP). We sequenced mRNA samples at different stages during NMP-MSC differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells to generate the gene expression profiles of these cells. Overall design: 12 samples, including undifferentiated hPSC (hiPSC, H1, and H9), hPSC-NMP-derived paraxial mesoderm (hPSC-NMP-PM; including hiPSC-NMP-PM, H1-NMP-PM, and H9-NMP-PM), hPSC-NMP-MSC (Passage 5; including hiPSC-NMP-MSC, H1-NMP-MSC, H9-NMP-MSC1, and H9-NMP-MSC2), BMSC1 (Passage 5), and BMSC2 (Passage 5), were analyzed.
