Immune cell transcriptional programs severe allergic airway inflammation

Innate and adpative immune cells play an integral role in asthma pathogenesis. We performed single cell RNA sequencing on CD45+ immune cells isolated from PBS or c-di-GMP + mixed allergen challenged mice. Overall design: CD45+ cell were isolated from the mouse lung following intranasal PBS or c-di-GMP + mixed allergen exposures 3X per week for 7 weeks. Two mouse lungs given the same treatments were pooled following digestion.
