获取实时人数和游客数

客户端通过接入重庆移动大智大数据能力开放平台进行接口鉴权，调用接口前，需获取token。入参内容为：区域id、开始时间、结束时间、tokenCode，返回值为：状态、是否成功、错误描述、数据内容、采集时间、实时人数、总游客数、人数占比等，获取实时人数和游客数就是获取当前区域某个时间节点内实时人流用户数的总和；

Clients access the Chongqing Mobile Dazhi Big Data Capability Open Platform to perform interface authentication, and a token must be obtained prior to invoking any interfaces. The input parameters are as follows: region ID, start time, end time, and tokenCode. The returned values include: status, success flag, error description, data content, collection time, real-time headcount, total number of tourists, population proportion, etc. Obtaining real-time headcount and tourist numbers refers to getting the sum of real-time pedestrian user counts within a given time node of the current region.
