资源简介:
This study investigates the gamma-delta T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire in the peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris (PV), a chronic T cell-mediated inflammatory skin disease with systemic immune involvement. Using high-throughput TCR-seq, we profiled the diversity and clonal architecture of FACS-sorted circulating gamma-delta T cells to assess how the repertoire is altered in PV. The gdTCR repertoire showed disease-associated alterations, including skewed V and J gene usage, changes in CDR3 architecture, and reduced clonal diversity. These features varied with clinical parameters such as disease severity, duration, age, and sex. Altogether, the findings contribute to a deeper understanding of gamma-delta T cell involvement in PV and provide a resource for future functional and therapeutic studies.
