We analyzed the micro-RNA of 4-days-old queen larvae and worker larvae from Apis mellifera. We obtained about 7837410 and 4647577 total claen reads from QL and WL, respectively. And detected 81 and 74 known honey bee miRNAs in QL and WL, respectively.
