This dataset contains the original in vitro experimental data supporting the research article entitled "Single-cell transcriptomic profiling identifies a malignant progression signature and BIRC5-related therapeutic vulnerability in multiple myeloma". The core data consists of uncropped Western blot images (including clear molecular weight markers) used to validate the caspase-dependent apoptosis pathway induced by the BIRC5 inhibitor YM-155 in the multiple myeloma cell line RPMI-8226. Detected proteins include BIRC5, Caspase-3, Cleaved-Caspase-3, PARP1, Cleaved-PARP1, and β-Actin (loading control).
