Individual determination, from the NRU assay and according to the Hill function, of the cytotoxicity (incl. technical replicates) of the GVP and TPM fractions from THS 2.2 mentholated version, compared with the 3R4F reference cigarette. EC50 values correspond to the concentration of TPM and GVP for which 50% of cell death is observed. Concentrations are calculated on a per-item basis and on a per-mg nicotine basis.
