To understand the impact of murine rotavirus infection on mouse intestinal epithelial tissue, we isolated total intestinal epithelium from uninfected and infected C57Bl6J mice and performed single-cell RNAseq. Three C57Bl6J mice were infected with murine rotavirus strain EC and compared to three uninfected C57Bl6J mice. The intestinal epithelium was isolated via FACs and profiled with single-cell RNAseq on the 10x Chromium platform.
