The data on this page are the administrative outlines of the Overseas Collectivities of Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre et Miquelon in [Admin Express] format (https://geoservices.ign.fr/adminexpress), which are not published by the IGN. This data is created by Arcep for internal use, and made available in open data for any reuse. The source of the contours is OpenStreetMap. They are available via the [tool overpass turbo](https://overpass-turbo.eu/) which provides access to OSM data, but also on [data.gouv](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/decoupage-administratif-communal-francais-issu-d-openstreetmap). The Official Geographic Codes (INSEE codes) come from the INSEE website (https://www.insee.fr/en/information/2028040). The population data is not up-to-date, the column is added and filled with old INSEE data so as not to have NULL values.
