Mapping the Material Culture of "Dream of the Red Chamber": A Multi-dimensional Semantic Dataset and Analysis Pipeline of Furniture

This repository contains the comprehensive dataset and computational pipeline for the study of furniture in the classic Chinese novel Dream of the Red Chamber (Hongloumeng). Utilizing a Digital Humanities approach, the project integrates Large Language Models (LLM) and Network Analysis to decode the "Physical-Behavioral-Spiritual" dimensions of furniture, providing new insights into the material culture and spatial aesthetics of the Qing Dynasty.
