E7.5 embryos were injected with LV-EF1A-H2B-tdTomato-30N barcode using ultrasound guided injections. Pups were collected at postnatal stage and single cell RNA sequenced using 10X sequencing.
对胚胎发育第7.5天（E7.5）的胚胎采用超声引导注射法，注入携带LV-EF1A-H2B-tdTomato-30N条形码的慢病毒载体（Lentiviral vector, LV）。随后在出生后阶段收集幼崽，利用10X测序技术（10X Sequencing）完成单细胞RNA测序。
