Drug treatments often result in dramatic changes in gene expression. Thus, we used microarray to uncover gene expression effects of fluvastatin treatment on ASPC1-GFP PDAC cells. ASPC1-GFP cells treated in triplicate for 48 hours with fluvastatin to detect gene expression changes. ASPC1-GFP cells treated in triplicate with DMSO served as control.
