ChIP-seq Profiling of RXRa in Proliferating C2C12 Myoblasts

In this dataset, we present ChIP-seq profiling of RXRa in proliferating C2C12 myoblasts, which serves as an extension of Series GSE94558. The overall data provides genome-wide occupancy of RXRa in normal myoblast proliferation. Overall design: We profiled the genome-wide enrichment of RXRa, a binding partner of different nuclear receptors, in proliferating C2C12 myoblasts.
